Video: N95 TV-out on a car screen
Finally and after several changes and adjustments, I managed to shot a video using my Canon IXUS 700 for the N95 hooked up to my car screen.Hope you guys like it & awaiting your comments.
These are pictures of the N95 with the car screen & the car screen itself.

well actually my goal from all this is to use the phone's GPS ability for car navigation & it succeeded. Also now I have the benefit of hearing my music on the car sound system & watching videos in the car, so there is no need now to burn audio CDs in order to use them in the car ;)
And for satnav you get a bigger screen for navigation, but if you stick the N95 on the dashboard. You get better gps-signal reception and your eyes spent less time travelling from one spot to another, time spent not looking at the road and traffic.
Also Bluetooth A2DP is there to playback sound over the radio and I rarely watch the screen for satnav, I mainly drive by ear.
Thats cool. How did you do the hook up? I do a lot of surveillance in my car and it would be great to be able to watch movies on my in dash nav screen.
dear
i did it buy the problom that i am facing the size of the scren i see it in my car secren it is the same as mobile secren but when i watch a movie it will large secren i tried all the ways but nothings happend .do u have any idea?
Thanks ZJ, the second I read this I went out and hooked it up and it works great. Worth the effort I thought.
Bit hard making the N95 realise I'm hooking up the TV cable and not headphones sometimes but I found if I push the plug in at an angle it picks TV cable up almost everytime.
Hi, have you found a way of sending just the video signal via the TV cable, and then sending the audio to bluetooth?
As i have a sony BT2500 which i want the sound to go though seperatly, but every time i plug the TV cable to the nokia N95 8GB it stops the sound on the Bluetooth audio, were as if i watch a video on the little nokia screen i can have the sound via bluetooth...does this make sense to you guys?
Thanks
Mark
